Today I have a healthy green smoothie recipe for you!
This recipe has a full cup of spinach in it, but you won’t taste it! It’s packed with nutrition and tastes like creamy peanutbutter.
I love using spinach because it breaks up well in the blender and there are no chunks. It blends right in!
I swear you can’t taste the spinach at all!
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 small frozen banana (5 small chunks)
- 1 tablespoon peanutbutter
- 1 teaspoon carob powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1½ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or single serve smoothie maker
- Blend and enjoy!
