Peanutbutter and jelly is a classic favorite combination. Sometimes when I tell people that I make smoothies with fruit and peanutbutter I get odd looks. But once you try it you will see just how good it is! I rarely make fruit smoothies without peanutbutter now. It adds healthy fats and protein and makes it taste delicious!
- 1 small frozen banana (frozen in chunks)
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 tablespoons all natural peanutbutter
- 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or single serve smoothie maker. Blend and enjoy!
