Today I am sharing with you one of my secret favorite recipes. This dip is just 3 ingredients and no prep work, but it’s magic I tell you.
By nature, I tend to be obsessive about things. This includes food. I’ll get on a kick and eat the same food in every possible way, I just can’t get enough of it! This, my friends, is how the 3 ingredient Mexican avocado dip came to be!
I was going through one of my (many) avocado kicks, and was craving something filling but easy. I loved avocado, and you guys know how much I love nutritional yeast, so I decided to throw them together and see what happened!
Just 3 simple ingredients and you have my favorite Mexican dip (added bonus: it’s vegan, high protein, and good for you!)
This dip is creamy, “cheesy”, and full of flavor. If you like nutritional yeast, you’ll LOVE this. Serve with some chips and enjoy!
3 Ingredient Mexican Avocado Dip

3 ingredient vegan mexican avocado dip
Ingredients
- 1 avocado, mashed
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup medium salsa
Instructions
- Mash avocado and combine all ingredients together, stir well
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips (does not store well)
- Enjoy!
