This peanut butter banana smoothie is naturally sweetened, full of healthy ingredients, and simple to make.
Make it for breakfast, a snack, or dessert! It’s perfectly simple and totally delicious!
Ingredients for a peanut butter banana smoothie
- frozen bananas
- greek yogurt
- all natural peanut butter
How to make a peanut butter and banana smoothie
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy!

The key is the right ratio of ingredients.
For me, I prefer my smoothies thick and creamy instead of smooth and runny.
Greek yogurt and peanut butter and protein, which makes this smoothie the perfect breakfast in a hurry.
I was craving it again and made it for breakfast this morning.
I also threw in a few handfuls of spinach for extra nutritional punch (you don’t even taste it!)
Smoothies are almost always a guarantee with my picky toddler Crosby.
The times that he eats much are so few and far between that I worry a lot.
His picky eating has made me start creating more healthy smoothie recipes, which in turn has meant I am drinking more smoothies too!
There’s a silver lining if I just keep looking hard enough!
If you have a picky toddler, I really recommend starting smoothies as often as you can.
We buy washable glass straws and Crosby loves to drink his smoothies with them.
It makes me happy to see him sucking down that goodness!
