They are also low carb, gluten free, vegetarian, and keto friendly.

Wondering what to do with lots of mushrooms? This recipe is for you!

We love mushroom recipes around here including creamy mushroom pasta, creamy garlic mushrooms, stuffed mushrooms, and air fryer mushrooms.

These easy roasted garlic mushrooms are ready for the oven in less than 10 minutes and make a great healthy side to dinner or an appetizer for a party.

How to make garlic butter mushrooms

Step 1: Wash and pat try the mushrooms. Trim the ends and place them on a sheet pan.

I used baby bella mushrooms for mine, but white or button mushrooms will also work.

Step 2: Add the butter and fresh minced garlic to a microwave save bowl and cook for 30 seconds, until butter is melted.

Stir the salt, pepper, and dried basil into the garlic butter.

Fresh minced garlic is key here, so be sure not to skip this step. I do not recommend using garlic powder.

Step 3: Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the tops of the mushrooms evenly.

Step 4: Roast the mushrooms at 425 degrees for 25 – 30 minutes, until sizzling and juicy!

Stir the mushrooms at least one or two times.

I love that these mushrooms are made with all ingredients you probably have on hand.

They are a great easy side dish to make for any occasion.

These would also be a delicious mushroom recipe to make for Thanksgiving or Christmas.

Garlic is one of the best additions to recipes, in my opinion.

How much is a serving of mushrooms?

A typical serving size of mushrooms is around 1 cup.

This recipe will make around 4 servings worth of mushrooms.

If you are making these roasted mushrooms as a side dish for a holiday, I suggest making at least a triple batch.
