This seriously tastes just like you’re eating a piece of pumpkin pie. It’s creamy, thick, and deliciously Pumpkin-y (is that a word?! it is now.)
One sip of this smoothie and you’ll fall in love. This would make a great breakfast or a healthy dessert if you’re trying to eat a little lighter.
Skinny Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
- 1 cup frozen banana chunks
- 1/2 cup pure pumpkin
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 cup 2% milk
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend well
- Serve topped with whipped cream
