Sitting in front of the Christmas tree, snuggled up watching Christmas movies and sipping on a hot cup of homemade hot chocolate is one of my favorite things to do each winter.
Now that I’ve married my husband, we spend our Christmases in Florida with his family. And even now in Virginia (less than two weeks before Christmas) it’s been in the 70’s lately. Like What??!! I decided to make this Vegan Frozen Hot Chocolate as a twist on the classic favorite that can be enjoyed whether you’re snuggled up under the blankets or in the Florida sunshine this Christmas!
The secret to this recipe is using Almond Breeze Almondmilk Cashewmilk Blend – it’s thick and creamy and adds the perfect sweetness to this recipe!
I’m seriously addicted to Frozen Hot Chocolate now. It’s creamy, super chocolatey, and the perfect Christmas drink! I know you’ll love it too 🙂

This frozen hot chocolate looks great!! I might save this recipe for summer since it's pretty wintery in London. And I also love the idea of using salted dark chocolate. I'm obsessed with salted chocolate recipes, I can't believe it never crossed my mind to salt my hot (or cold) chocolate.
