Ingredients

  • ¼ cup margarine buttery spread
  • ¼ - ¾ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Melt butter substitute for 30 seconds in a microwave safe bowl, until it is totally melted. You can also do this in a sauce pan on the stove.
  • Whisk in garlic powder to taste. Start with ¼ tsp and add more for a stronger garlic flavor.
  • Serve as dipping sauce with pizza or breadsticks

Notes

This recipe uses margarine instead of real butter, to mimic the sauce that Papa John's uses. Of course, if you want to, you can use real butter. I would suggest using salted butter.
Be sure to use powdered garlic and not granulated garlic.
