Ingredients
1cupno salt added creamy drippy almond butter
⅓cupcanned pumpkin
¼teaspooncinnamon
½cuphoney
½cupvanilla protein powder
1 ½cupsrolled oats
1 ½teaspoonssalt
1 ½teaspoonspumpkin pie spice
½cupmini chocolate chips
Instructions
Add the almond butter, pumpkin, cinnamon, honey, vanilla protein powder, rolled oats, salt, and pumpkin pie spice to a bowl and stir well to combine. I find a rubber spatula to be easiest to use for stirring this.
Stir in the mini chocolate chips
Form the pumpkin batter into balls and place on a baking sheet
Chill the pumpkin protein balls in the fridge until firm to the touch, then store in a ziploc bag in the fridge or freezer

Notes
If you are using almond butter with salt, you can omit the salt from the dough. Once it is stirred together you can taste it and add any salt if necessary
