Kale Juice

This light and refreshing kale juice is made with citrus and apple. A delicious and energizing green juice!

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of kale washed and stems removed
  • 1 large cucumber peeled and cut into long strips
  • 1 large orange peeled and quartered
  • 1 small lemon peeled and quartered
  • 1 green apple washed and cored and cut into slices
  • 1 ” piece of ginger peeled

Instructions

  • Wash and prepare the kale, cucumber, orange, lemon, green apple, and ginger
  • Add all ingredients to the juicer and juice
  • Serve immediately or store leftover green juice in an airtight glass in the refrigerator for 24 hours
