Carrot Juice

This homemade carrot juice is packed with vitamin c and made with carrots, oranges, and fresh ginger.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs carrots rinsed and scrubbed or peeled
  • 2 large oranges peeled and quartered
  • 1 inch fresh ginger peeled

Instructions

  • Prepare your ingredients. You can either wash your carrots, or just peel them. Peel the oranges and ginger and cut the oranges into quarters
  • Run all the ingredients through a juicer
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours
