Carrot Juice
This homemade carrot juice is packed with vitamin c and made with carrots, oranges, and fresh ginger.

- 2 lbs carrots rinsed and scrubbed or peeled
- 2 large oranges peeled and quartered
- 1 inch fresh ginger peeled
Prepare your ingredients. You can either wash your carrots, or just peel them. Peel the oranges and ginger and cut the oranges into quarters
Run all the ingredients through a juicer
Serve immediately or store in an airtight glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours
