- 2 cups baby spinach packed
- 1 large cucumber peeled and cut into long strips
- 1 green apple cored and cut into slices
- 1 small lemon peeled and quartered
Prepare all of your ingredients first. Peel and cut the cucumber, core and cut the green apple, and peel and quarter the lemon.
Run all of the ingredients through a juicer. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours
