Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter optional
  • 1 medium apple chopped

Instructions

  • In a cup or mason jar, combine rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and cinnamon and stir
  • Refrigerate overnight
  • Once ready to eat, stir in optional peanut butter and maple syrup to taste (I used 2 tablespoons)
  • Top with chopped apple and cinnamon to garnish
