- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon peanut butter optional
- 1 medium apple chopped
In a cup or mason jar, combine rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and cinnamon and stir
Refrigerate overnight
Once ready to eat, stir in optional peanut butter and maple syrup to taste (I used 2 tablespoons)
Top with chopped apple and cinnamon to garnish
