- 3 pounds russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- ½ tablespoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
Rinse potatoes and cut into small wedges
Add potatoes to a medium sized bowl and add the garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, olive oil, and parmesan
Toss well to coat
Spread potatoes in an even layer on a baking sheet
Bake at 425 degrees for 40 - 50 minutes, checking/flipping every 20 minutes, until crispy on the edges
