Ingredients

  • ¾ teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 cup frozen banana chunks
  • 3 cups frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup plain 0% greek yogurt
  • cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
