These easy roasted mushrooms are a simple and delicious side dish recipe!

Ingredients

  • 24 oz mushrooms quartered
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • ¼ cup olive oil

Instructions

  • Quarter mushrooms and add to a bowl
  • Add remaining ingredients to bowl and toss until mushrooms are well coated in oil and spices
  • Transfer mushrooms to a baking sheet and roast at 425 degrees for 10 minutes
  • Remove from oven and flip/stir mushrooms
  • Roast 10 - 15 minutes more, until water has evaporated and mushrooms are caramelized and juicy
