- 24 oz mushrooms quartered
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- ¼ cup olive oil
Quarter mushrooms and add to a bowl
Add remaining ingredients to bowl and toss until mushrooms are well coated in oil and spices
Transfer mushrooms to a baking sheet and roast at 425 degrees for 10 minutes
Remove from oven and flip/stir mushrooms
Roast 10 - 15 minutes more, until water has evaporated and mushrooms are caramelized and juicy
