- 1 head of cauliflower cut into florets
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ⅓ cup powdered parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Chop a head of cauliflower into florets, and cut them into long slices that lay flat
Place the cauliflower on a baking sheet
Sprinkle on the garlic powder, onion powder, and parmesan
Drizzle on olive oil and toss to coat
Spread out cauliflower into an even layer
Roast at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until crispy on the edges. Watch closely towards the end to avoid burning
