- 3 medium carrots peeled
- 1 ½ bananas frozen in chunks
- 1 cup 2% milk
- ½ cup plain 0% greek yogurt
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 cup ice optional
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth
For a sweeter smoothie, adjust maple syrup to taste.
