Ingredients

  • 16 oz frozen peach slices
  • 1 fresh peach pit removed
  • 1 cup plain 0% greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 4 tablespoons pure maple syrup

Instructions

  • Add the frozen peach slices, fresh peach, greek yogurt, milk, cinnamon, oats, and pure maple syrup to a high speed blender. Blend on high until thick and creamy
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately
