This peach smoothie recipe is only 6 ingredients and you can make it year round thanks to frozen peaches.
Full of protein (thank you, greek yogurt!), this makes a great breakfast/post workout treat/ dessert.
How to make a healthy peach smoothie
Add frozen peaches, a fresh peach, greek yogurt, milk, cinnamon, rolled oats, and maple syrup to a high speed blender.
This smoothie recipe is very thick, so you will need a high powered blender to get it smooth.
If you want a thinner smoothie, just add more milk as necessary.
So creamy, tangy, and sweet.
I used both frozen peaches for iciness and a fresh peach for a deeper peach flavor.
I had this for a mid afternoon snack and wasn’t hungry for hours.
This recipe will make a very large smoothie for one, or two to share.
I had most of it, Crosby drank some, and I saved what I couldn’t drink for later in the freezer once Robbie got home.
We all loved it!

Peach Smoothie Recipe:
- 16 oz frozen peach slices
- 1 fresh peach, pit removed
- 1 cup plain 0% greek yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 4 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth (it will be very thick)
- Pour and enjoy!
