This peach smoothie recipe is only 6 ingredients and you can make it year round thanks to frozen peaches.
Full of protein (thank you, greek yogurt!), this makes a great breakfast for busy mornings.
Ingredients to make a peach smoothie
- frozen peach slices: frozen fruit is great for getting that thick and creamy texture
- 1 fresh peach, pit removed
- plain 0% greek yogurt
- milk
- cinnamon
- cup rolled oats
- pure maple syrup: one of our favorite all natural sweeteners for smoothie recipes

How to make a healthy peach smoothie
Step 1: add the frozen peach slices, a fresh peach (pit removed), greek yogurt, milk, cinnamon, rolled oats, and maple syrup to a high speed blender.
Step 2: Blend the peach smoothie until thick and creamy. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
This smoothie recipe is very thick, so you will need a high powered blender to get it smooth.
If you want a thinner smoothie, just add more milk as necessary.

So creamy, tangy, and sweet.
I used both frozen peaches for thickness and a fresh peach for a deeper peach flavor.

I had this for a mid afternoon snack and wasn’t hungry for hours.
This recipe makes two large servings.

I forgot to buy a fresh peach today but used half a tablespoon of cinnamon and a pinch of salt instead. Otherwise, followed your recipe exactly. Had to use my blender’s tamper accelerator but once it was ready it was delicious!
