The best vegan chicken salad recipe with grapes and walnuts

Ingredients

  • 8 oz refrigerated vegan chicken strips chopped into small pieces (see notes)
  • ½ cup grapes quartered
  • cup walnut pieces
  • cup bread and butter pickles diced
  • ¼ cup vegan mayo
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except salt and pepper to a bowl and stir to combine
  • Salt and pepper to taste, if necessary
  • Serve on bread, a wrap, or with crackers

Notes

  1. I used tofurky lightly seasoned chicken strips for this recipe
