Beet and Carrot Juice

This delicious beet and carrot juice with is made with fresh ginger and juicy sweet navel oranges.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium beet peeled and quartered
  • 4 large carrots washed and scrubbed or peeled
  • 2 oranges peeled
  • 1 ½ " piece of fresh ginger peeled

Instructions

  • Prepare all of the juicing ingredients. Peel and quarter the beet. Wash and scrub or peel the carrots. Peel the oranges and ginger and cut them to fit into the juicing chute.
  • Add all of the ingredients to a juicer and run them through
  • Serve and enjoy
