Ingredients
2cupsfrozen banana chunks
1cupfrozen blueberries
1teaspoonalmond butter
1teaspoonground flax seed
1 ¼cupsunsweetened vanilla almond milk
Instructions
Add frozen banana, frozen blueberries, almond butter, ground flax seed, and almond milk a high speed blender and blend until smooth (see notes regarding thickness)
Pour into glasses and serve immediately
Notes
This smoothie is intended to be super thick, so you will need a high speed blender. If you do not have one or want a thinner smoothie consistency, add more milk as necessary.
