Ingredients

large orange
peeled

medium carrots
peeled and cut into chunks

frozen pineapple chunks

teaspoon
fresh ginger
peeled and chopped

cinnamon

Instructions
Add the orange, carrots, frozen pineapple chunks, ginger, cinnamon, and water to a high speed blender and blend until smooth
Add the ice and blend again until thick
Serve immediately
Notes
You will need a high speed blender (such as a vitamix or blendtec) for this recipe, as it can break down the raw carrot and ginger until smooth.
