Blending the smoothie

This recipe is intended to be made with a high speed blender for best smoothness and texture!

I have a blendtec and have been very happy with it.

It can blend up raw ingredients beautifully!

Can you blend raw carrots?

Yes, you can!

You will need a high powered machine that can smoothly blend ingredients like fresh oranges, carrot, and raw ginger.
