- 1 large orange, peeled
- 2 medium carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 teaspoon peeled and chopped fresh ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups ice
- 1/2 cup cold water
- Add orange, carrots, frozen pineapple chunks, ginger, cinnamon, and water to a high speed blender and blend until smooth
- Add ice and blend again until thick
- Serve immediately
