- 1 large red onion sliced
- 2 green bell peppers sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon salt
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat
Add the sliced red onion, bell pepper, oregano, and salt
Cook for 8 - 10 minutes, until tender crisp. Remove from heat and serve immediately
