Ingredients

  • 1 large red onion sliced
  • 2 green bell peppers sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat
  • Add the sliced red onion, bell pepper, oregano, and salt
  • Cook for 8 - 10 minutes, until tender crisp. Remove from heat and serve immediately
