Pumpkin Cold Brew

- ⅓ cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons whole milk
- 2 tablespoons canned pumpkin
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 cups cold brew coffee
- Pinch vanilla extract ⅛-¼ tsp
Add the heavy cream, milk, pumpkin, pure maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla to a cup. Use a milk frother for 1-2 minutes to whip the mixture until frothy and thickened
Add ice to a glass.
Pour one cup of the cold brew coffee over the ice
Pour half of the pumpkin cold foam on top and stir
