How to make pumpkin spice cold brew

Step 1: Make the pumpkin cream foam. Add the heavy cream, milk, pumpkin, pure maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract to a cup.

Step 2: Use a handheld milk frother for 1-2 minutes to whip the mixture until frothy and thickened.

If you do not have a milk frother, you can place the ingredients in a mason jar, put a lid on, and shake vigorously to combine. It won’t be as foamy this way but it will still work.

Now you have homemade pumpkin cream! For a sweet pumpkin cold brew like starbucks, you can use the full amount of pumpkin foam for one coffee.

For a less sweet coffee, divide the pumpkin cream in half and use each half in one cup of cold brew.

Store any leftover pumpkin cream in a mason jar with a lid in the fridge for the next day’s coffee.
