Ingredients

  • 24 oz brussels sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons plus ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Cut the ends of the brussels sprouts and remove any outer discolored or shriveled leaves. Cut each brussel in half and place in a bowl
  • Add 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the brussels sprouts and toss to combine
  • Place the brussels into the air fryer basket and air fry at 400 degrees for 7-10 minutes, checking to toss every two minutes, until they start to get crispy on the edges
  • Remove and sprinkle on the remaining ½ cup of fresh grated parmesan cheese over the top of the brussels sprouts. Do not stir after adding the cheese.
  • Turn the air fryer down to 375 degrees and air fry for 3-4 minutes, until the cheese is all melted over the brussels sprouts and the edges are golden brown
  • Serve immediately
