- 24 oz brussels sprouts
- 2 tablespoons plus ½ cup parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Cut the ends of the brussels sprouts and remove any outer discolored or shriveled leaves. Cut each brussel in half and place in a bowl
Add 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the brussels sprouts and toss to combine
Place the brussels into the air fryer basket and air fry at 400 degrees for 7-10 minutes, checking to toss every two minutes, until they start to get crispy on the edges
Remove and sprinkle on the remaining ½ cup of fresh grated parmesan cheese over the top of the brussels sprouts. Do not stir after adding the cheese.
Turn the air fryer down to 375 degrees and air fry for 3-4 minutes, until the cheese is all melted over the brussels sprouts and the edges are golden brown
