- 12 oz bow tie pasta cooked to al dente
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
Cook the bowtie pasta to al dente according to the package instructions. Drain immediately and place in a large mixing bowl.
Add the minced garlic, italian seasoning, olive oil, and parmesan cheese and stir until combined
Spray the bottom of the air fryer basket with cooking spray
Add the pasta in one layer only to the bottom of the air fryer (you will need to work in batches). Do not overcrowd the pasta for best results.
Air fry the pasta chips at 400 degrees for 5-8 minutes, stopping to shake 1-2 times, until golden brown and crispy
Serve the pasta chips with marinara sauce for dipping
