Fluffy cheesecake filling is mixed with fresh berries to make this delicious cheesecake salad recipe. The perfect addition to any picnic or gathering!

Ingredients

  • cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 6 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 16 oz strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries

Instructions

  • Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth
  • In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Mix in the vanilla extract
  • Fold the cream cheese mixture into the heavy cream to make the cheesecake mixture
  • Wash and pat dry the fruit
  • Cut the strawberries into slices, but leave the rest of the fruit whole
  • Stir the fruit gently into the whipped cream cheese mixture and serve chilled
