- ⅔ cup heavy cream
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 6 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 16 oz strawberries sliced
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth
In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Mix in the vanilla extract
Fold the cream cheese mixture into the heavy cream to make the cheesecake mixture
Wash and pat dry the fruit
Cut the strawberries into slices, but leave the rest of the fruit whole
Stir the fruit gently into the whipped cream cheese mixture and serve chilled
