- 1 ½ cups roasted salted cashews
- 10 oz dark chocolate chips
- Sea salt flakes for topping
Melt the dark chocolate chips until smooth using the microwave or a double boiler
Stir the cashews into the melted dark chocolate
Use a cookie scoop to scoop cashew clusters onto parchment paper
Sprinkle the tops with sea salt flakes immediately before the chocolate hardens
Refrigerate until set
