  • dark chocolate chips
  • roasted salted cashews
  • sea salt flakes

How to make chocolate covered cashews

Step 1: Melt the dark chocolate chips until smooth using the microwave or a double boiler.

I typically just melt mine in 30 second increments in the microwave, stirring each time until smooth.

Step 2: Stir the cashews into the melted dark chocolate.

Step 3: Use a cookie scoop to scoop cashew clusters onto parchment paper or wax paper.

For smaller clusters, use a tablespoon to make these whatever size you prefer.

Step 4: Sprinkle the tops of the chocolate cashews with sea salt flakes immediately before the chocolate hardens.

Chocolate Covered Cashews

These chocolate covered cashews are so easy to make and all you need is just 3 ingredients!

Ingredients 

  • 1 ½ cups roasted salted cashews
  • 10 oz dark chocolate chips
  • Sea salt flakes, for topping

Instructions 

  • Melt the dark chocolate chips until smooth using the microwave or a double boiler
  • Stir the cashews into the melted dark chocolate
  • Use a cookie scoop to scoop cashew clusters onto parchment paper
  • Sprinkle the tops with sea salt flakes immediately before the chocolate hardens
  • Refrigerate until set
