- 2 green apples washed, cored, and cut into slices
- 1 cucumber peeled and cut into long strips
- 1 lemon peeled and quartered
Prepare all of your ingredients first. Wash and core the apples and cut them into slices. Peel and quarter the lemon. Peel and cut the cucumber into pieces that will fit into your juicing chute
Run all of the ingredients through a juicer. Serve immediately or store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours.
