Cake Mix Crinkle Cookies

These easy fudge crinkle cookies are made using a box of cake mix!

Ingredients

  • 1 box devil’s food cake mix
  • ⅓ cup olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Mix together the chocolate cake mix, oil, and eggs until well combined.
  • Cover and chill the cookie dough for one hour in the fridge.
  • Roll the dough into balls and roll each ball well in powdered sugar, then place it onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake the cake mix crinkle cookies at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes, then transfer to a wire cooling rack to cool completely.
  • Once cooled, store any leftovers cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-5 days.
