Cake Mix Peanut Butter Blossoms
Cake mix peanut butter blossoms are the easiest way to make this classic Christmas cookie! They are so easy to make and come out perfect every time.

Ingredients
- 15.25 oz yellow cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup no stir creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter softened
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 26 Hershey kiss candies
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Beat together the eggs, peanut butter, softened butter, and cake mix until combined.
- Place the granulated sugar in a small bowl.
- Use a mini cookie scoop to form balls of cookie dough, then roll each one in the granulated sugar.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then place the balls of cookie dough on it.
- Bake the peanut butter blossom cookies for 12-14 minutes, until the edges begin to brown. Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for 1-2 minutes, then transfer them to a cooling rack.
- Press a Hershey kiss into the center of each cookie while it is still warm.
- Allow the cookies to cool completely before storing.
