Green Vegetable Juice Recipe
Easy healthy vegetable juice recipe made with cucumber, kale, celery, and parsley.

- 1 large cucumber peeled and cut into long strips
- 1 small bunch flat leaf parsley washed
- 1 small bunch of kale washed and stems removed
- 2 green apples washed, cored, and cut into slices
- 1 lemon peeled
- 1 bunch of celery washed and ends cut off
- 1 inch piece of ginger peeled
Peel and cut your cucumber. If your juicing chute is large enough, you do not need to cut it. Peel your ginger and lemon.
Wash the parsley, kale, green apples, and celery. Core the apple, remove the stems form the kale, and cut the ends off of the celery.
Run all of the ingredients through a juicer.
Consume the vegetable juice immediately or store in an airtight jar with a lid in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours.
