Green Vegetable Juice Recipe

Easy healthy vegetable juice recipe made with cucumber, kale, celery, and parsley.

Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber peeled and cut into long strips
  • 1 small bunch flat leaf parsley washed
  • 1 small bunch of kale washed and stems removed
  • 2 green apples washed, cored, and cut into slices
  • 1 lemon peeled
  • 1 bunch of celery washed and ends cut off
  • 1 inch piece of ginger peeled

Instructions

  • Peel and cut your cucumber. If your juicing chute is large enough, you do not need to cut it. Peel your ginger and lemon.
  • Wash the parsley, kale, green apples, and celery. Core the apple, remove the stems form the kale, and cut the ends off of the celery.
  • Run all of the ingredients through a juicer.
  • Consume the vegetable juice immediately or store in an airtight jar with a lid in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours.
