Vegetable Juice
This easy vegetable juice recipe is made with cucumber, kale, celery, and parsley.

- 1 large cucumber peeled and cut into long strips
- 1 small bunch flat leaf parsley washed
- 1 small bunch of kale washed and stems removed
- 2 green apples washed, cored, and cut into slices
- 1 lemon peeled
- 1 bunch of celery washed and ends cut off
- 1 inch piece of ginger peeled
Prepare all of the ingredients as stated above by peeling, washing, and cutting them into the right size to fit into the juicer
Run all of the ingredients through a juicer
Consume immediately or store for 24-48 hours in an airtight jar with a lid in the refrigerator
