Ingredients

  • 16 oz portobello mushrooms
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup powdered parmesan cheese
  • cup sour cream
  • ¼ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon basil
  • fresh parsley to garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Rinse and dry mushrooms, and remove stems
  • Place cap side down in a baking dish (see photos)
  • In a bowl, beat together parmesan, cream cheese, sour cream, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and basil until combined
  • Stuff mushrooms with mixture using a spoon
  • Bake at 375 for 20 - 25 minutes, until tops are browned
  • Garnish with fresh chopped parsley
