- 16 oz portobello mushrooms
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup powdered parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- fresh parsley to garnish
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Rinse and dry mushrooms, and remove stems
Place cap side down in a baking dish (see photos)
In a bowl, beat together parmesan, cream cheese, sour cream, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and basil until combined
Stuff mushrooms with mixture using a spoon
Bake at 375 for 20 - 25 minutes, until tops are browned
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley
