Ingredients

cup
all natural peanut butter

tablespoon
no sugar added applesauce

tablespoons
maple syrup

tablespoon
cocoa powder

gluten free oat flour

teaspoon
coconut flour

teaspoon
baking powder

egg

tablespoons
mini chocolate chips
⅛
teaspoon
vanilla extract
⅛
teaspoon
sea salt
Instructions
Melt peanut butter in a mug for 30-35 seconds, or until a more soft consistency
Combine remaining ingredients in same mug and stir very well (make sure egg is totally combined)
(optional) top the mug cake with additional mini chocolate chips once mixed
Microwave for 1-2 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Serve with vanilla ice cream!
Notes
I used Enjoy Life dairy free semi sweet mini chocolate chips in this recipe, and they were perfect!
