Cookies and Cream Protein Balls

- ½ cup creamy almond butter
- ⅓ cup pure maple syrup
- ½ cup vegan vanilla protein powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup coconut flour
- 6 "oreo" style gluten free cookies
Mix the almond butter and maple syrup until combined
Add in the protein powder, coconut flour, and salt, and mix with a rubber spatula
Crush your "oreos" into small chunks, and add to the mixture
Use your hands to mix it all together until well combined
Roll the mixture into balls and place in an airtight container
Store in the fridge or freezer
