Eggnog French Toast

This easy eggnog french toast makes for the perfect holiday breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 10 slices bread
  • butter
  • Maple Syrup

Instructions

  • Whisk the eggs, eggnog, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a flat bowl until thoroughly combined
  • Heat a griddle or skillet with butter until melted
  • Dunk the bread in the eggnog mixture, let the excess drip off, and cook it in skillet or on griddle until golden brown on both sides
  • Add more butter each time you start to cook a new batch.
  • Serve the eggnog french toast topped with butter and maple syrup

Notes

To make gluten free and dairy free: use dairy free eggnog, gluten free bread, and vegan butter.
