Crock Pot Spinach Artichoke Dip

This easy spinach artichoke dip is made in the slow cooker. A simple and delicious appetizer that everyone will love!

Ingredients

  • ½ yellow onion finely diced diced
  • 8 cloves garlic minced
  • 14 oz artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 12 oz frozen spinach
  • 8 oz block cream cheese
  • cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 2 cups parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients except cream cheese to a slow cooker and stir to combine
  • Cut the cream cheese into cubes and place on top of the dip
  • Cook the spinach artichoke dip in the crock pot on high for 1.5 hours, then stir the cream cheese in
  • Cook an additional 15 - 30 minutes, until the dip is hot and bubbly
  • Salt dip to taste (I used ¾ teaspoon of salt)
  • Serve hot with tortilla chips
