Crock Pot Spinach Artichoke Dip
The best spinach artichoke dip made in the slow cooker. A simple and delicious appetizer that everyone will love!

Ingredients

yellow onion
finely diced

block cream cheese

Instructions
Add all of the ingredients except for the cream cheese to a slow cooker and stir to combine.
Cut the cream cheese into cubes and place them on top of the rest of the ingredients.
Cook the spinach artichoke dip in the crock pot on high for 1.5 hours, then stir the cream cheese in
Continue cooking the dip for an additional 15-30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
Salt the spinach artichoke dip to taste (I used 3/4 teaspoon of salt).
Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or baguette slices.
