- 24 oz frozen corn
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons butter
- ⅓ cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
Melt the butter over medium heat in a sauce pan
Stir the flour in and whisk for one minute
Add the milk, heavy cream, salt, parmesan, and cream cheese and stir for 1 - 2 minutes until cream cheese is mostly melted
Add the frozen corn and continue to cook, stirring often, for around 15 minutes, or until corn is plump and sauce is thick and creamy
