Ingredients

frozen sweet corn

tablespoons
salted butter

honey

tablespoons
cream cheese

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
pepper
Instructions
Melt butter and honey in a large skillet
Add the frozen sweet corn and stir over medium heat for 6 - 8 minutes
Add the cream cheese and cook an additional 4 - 5 minutes, stirring often, until melted and creamy
Salt and pepper to taste and stir right before serving
Notes
The corn will get creamier and thicker the longer it sits, so if it is a little liquid-y, let it sit a few minutes and stir right before serving.
