Add the frozen sweet corn and stir the mixture over medium heat for 6-8 minutes, until hot.
Add the cream cheese and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, stirring often, until melted and creamy.
Salt and pepper to taste, serve and enjoy!
Notes
The corn will get creamier and thicker the longer it sits, so if it is a little liquid-y, let it sit a few minutes and stir again right before serving.
