Honey Butter Skillet Corn

Ingredients

  • 24 oz frozen sweet corn
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter
  • 2 ½ tablespoons honey
  • 4 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Melt the butter and honey in a large skillet.
  • Add the frozen sweet corn and stir the mixture over medium heat for 6-8 minutes, until hot.
  • Add the cream cheese and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, stirring often, until melted and creamy.
  • Salt and pepper to taste, serve and enjoy!

Notes

The corn will get creamier and thicker the longer it sits, so if it is a little liquid-y, let it sit a few minutes and stir again right before serving.
