Ingredients
Strawberries
White Chocolate Chips
Googly eye candies
Instructions
Wash the strawberries off and pat dry. You want these to be as dry as possible for the chocolate to stick well.
Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave in 15 - 30 second increments, until smooth. Be careful not to burn the chocolate and stir often. White chocolate can be finicky, so watch it carefully.
Dip the strawberry in the melted chocolate, then place on a wax paper lined baking sheet, dragging the bottom a little to make the ghost's tail.
Place googly eyes on the ghost and use a toothpick to swirl and “o” shape where the mouth would be in the chocolate.
Harden in the fridge until firm, serve and enjoy!
Notes
You’ll need at least 1 bag of white chocolate chips, maybe 2 depending on how many strawberries you decide to make.
