Ingredients

  • Strawberries
  • White Chocolate Chips
  • Googly eye candies

Instructions

  • Wash the strawberries off and pat dry. You want these to be as dry as possible for the chocolate to stick well.
  • Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave in 15 - 30 second increments, until smooth. Be careful not to burn the chocolate and stir often. White chocolate can be finicky, so watch it carefully.
  • Dip the strawberry in the melted chocolate, then place on a wax paper lined baking sheet, dragging the bottom a little to make the ghost's tail.
  • Place googly eyes on the ghost and use a toothpick to swirl and “o” shape where the mouth would be in the chocolate.
  • Harden in the fridge until firm, serve and enjoy!

Notes

You’ll need at least 1 bag of white chocolate chips, maybe 2 depending on how many strawberries you decide to make.
