Chocolate Covered Pretzels
These simple chocolate covered pretzels are a delicious salty sweet dessert and are always a hit!

- 3 ¾ cups mini pretzels
- 10 oz dark chocolate melting wafers
- 10 oz white vanilla melting wafers
Reserve ⅓ cup of the white vanilla wafers and ⅓ cup of the dark chocolate wafers and set aside
Melt the remaining dark chocolate wafers in a small bowl in the microwave, until smooth
One at a time, dip two cups worth of pretzels into the melted dark chocolate, tap off excess chocolate, and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet
Melt the remaining white vanilla wafers that were not set aside
One at a time, dip 1 ¾ cups of pretzels in the white chocolate, tap off the excess chocolate, and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet
Place the pretzels in the fridge to set
Melt the remaining ⅓ cup of dark chocolate wafers. Drizzle over the white chocolate pretzels
Melt the remaining ⅓ cup of white vanilla wafers. Drizzle over the dark chocolate pretzels
Return to the fridge until set
